WORK ON SITE. The following conditions will apply if work is to be performed by the Contractor on County property. The work shall be performed in a first class and workmanlike manner by qualified and efficient workers who shall not cause labor conflicts with any workers employed by the County or others working at County's facilities. The work shall be performed in strict conformity with the strictest quality standards mandated and/or recommended by all generally recognized organizations establishing quality standards for work of the type to be performed hereunder. Contractor shall be solely responsible for controlling the manner and means by which it and its employees perform labor and services and it shall observe, abide by and perform all of its obligations in accordance with all legal requirements. Without limiting the foregoing, Contractor shall control the manner and means of the labor and services so as to perform the work in a reasonably safe manner and comply fully with all applicable codes, regulations and requirements imposed or enforced by any government agencies, including all applicable requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and all safety codes and procedures mandated or recommended by insurance underwriting organizations and all generally recognized organizations establishing safety standards, including without limitation the National Fire Protection Association, for work of the type to be performed hereunder. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any stricter standard provided in plans, specifications or other documents incorporated as part of this Order shall govern.

WORK ON SITE. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any works associated with the Supplies which are performed outside SMSB office, factory or workshop (“Site”), such as assembly, installation, erection, commissioning and testing of the Supplies (“Site Works”) shall be subject to the following provisions: 8.1 The Customer shall provide at its own expense and in a timely manner: (a) unrestricted access to the Site, including but not limited to entry permits and security passes; (b) Comprehensive assistance in relation to obtaining import, export and customs clearance for personal belongings and goods of SMSB and its subcontractors’ personnel and of the equipment, tools and goods required for the Site Works; (c) Comprehensive assistance to SMSB and its subcontractor’s personnel for the obtaining of visas, work and residential permits to the extent required for the carrying out of the Site Works as well as with regard to any permits required for leaving the country; (d) Repatriation of SMSB’s and its subcontractor’s personnel in case of emergencies including but not limited to war, civil war, civil disturbance and epidemics; (e) all earth and construction work and other ancillary work outside SMSB’s scope, including the necessary skilled and unskilled labor, construction materials and tools; (f) the equipment and materials necessary for assembly and commissioning such as scaffolds, lifting equipment and other devices as well as fuels and lubricants; (g) energy and water at the point of use including connections, heating and lighting; (h) suitable dry and lockable rooms of sufficient size adjacent to the Site for the storage of machine parts, apparatus, materials, tools, etc. and adequate working and recreation rooms for SMSB’s and its subcontractors’ personnel, including sanitary facilities as are appropriate in the specific circumstances. Furthermore, the Customer shall take all reasonable measures to protect the property of SMSB and its personnel at the Site; and (i) protective clothing and protective devices needed due to particular conditions prevailing on the specific Site. 8.2 Before the Site Works commences, the Customer shall, at its own expense: (a) make available any information required concerning the location of concealed electric power, gas and water lines or of similar installations as well as the necessary structural data; and (b) provide all necessary materials and equipment and carry all preparatory works as necessary to enable the Site Works to commence wit...
WORK ON SITE. The following condition applies to each Order which includes any services or other work (any of which, “Services”) performed by the Vendor at the project site: (a) the Vendor shall become familiar with and comply with mill and regulatory safety requirements and other matters, conditions, procedures and mill activities that may affect the delivery of goods or services hereunder. The Vendor recognizes that the Purchaser’s mill operations must not be interrupted except as expressly agreed to in writing by the Purchaser. The Vendor shall give advance notice to the Purchaser prior to arrival at the Purchaser’s mill sites; and (b) the Vendor shall provide all necessary supervision and appoint a competent representative who shall be in attendance at the project site while Services are being performed. The Vendor’s representative shall co-ordinate all on-site activities with a person to be assigned by the Purchaser (the "Owner's Representative"). The Vendor’s representative shall not be changed except for valid reason and after notice has been given to Purchaser; (c) the Purchaser may maintain a holdback from payment in accordance with any lien legislation applicable to the project site. The Vendor will discharge, release or remove all claims of lien that relate to the goods or services to be provide under the Order. If the Vendor fails to discharge, release or remove any such claim of lien within 5 days of notice of a claim of lien, the Purchaser may withhold the full value of the claim of lien plus 15% as security for costs and take such steps as necessary to effect the removal, release or discharge of said claim of lien; (d) the Vendor agrees to make best efforts to settle any claim or potential claim brought by other contractors or service providers on site if the Vendor shall cause damages to such contractors or service providers; (e) the Vendor and any of its subcontractors shall use the entrance designated by the Purchaser for the ingress and egress of all personnel, equipment, vehicles, machinery or supplies required to be incorporated in the Services or as required for the project and must follow all rules and regulations set forth by the Purchaser; (f) the Vendor shall follow all directions provided by the Purchaser regarding storage of equipment and shall not unreasonably encumber the site and shall enforce the Purchasers instructions regarding signs, advertisements, fires, smoking and site security regulations; (g) the Vendor shall register under and a...
WORK ON SITE. 15.1. Where xxxx requires access to the Customer’s premises for the purposes of delivery or performance of services the Customer shall provide reasonable access and all services necessary to permit xxxx to fulfill its obligations under the Contract at mutually convenient times. 15.2. xxxx shall commit no act or omission at the Customer’s premises which would render the Customer liable to any person and xxxx shall observe the Customer’s regulations and provisions in force relating to the safety of persons when using the Customer’s premises.
WORK ON SITE. The contract does not include the installation of any goods or equipment unless specified in the Contract. Where installation is included in the contract it is the responsibility of the Customer to advise the Company of prevailing site conditions with respect (inter alia) to the physical characteristics, availability of services, normal working hours, availability of labour and any local or national arrangements or practices which might affect the work, and any other relevant factors. The Customer will at its own expense (and without prejudice to condition 10 hereof) make available on site ling tackle and cranage (with operators) heavy tools and hand tools (other than special tools to be provided by the Company) power and other services including welders and welding equipment, loci up storage security and workshop facilities. The Customer shall ensure that the work can be carried out uninterrupted during agreed working hours. Any overtime or additional cost caused by an interruption or delay not attributable to the Company or its employees shall be charged extra to the Customer. The Contract price only includes installation services and materials (such as builders', masons', joiners' or labourers' services or time, production or other services, electric cabling, switches or other apparatus, piping or drainage, greases, oils or other consumable items or test pieces) which are specified in the Contract and if the Customer does not provide any of these facilities, services or materials at its own expense, the cost thereof to the Company (including an appropriate allowance for profit) will be charge extra to the Customer. Time spent in testing and operator training over and above any provision therefore in the Contract (including an appropriate allowance profit) will also be charged extra to the Customer. The Customer shall also be responsible for providing a safe and healthy working environment for the Company's employees and the Company's sub-contractors and their employees and shall bear (or reimburse the Company against) any loss, damage or compensation due to any person in relation to any death or personal injury or destruction or damage to property except to the extent that the same is due to the negligence of the Company and the Customer shall except as aforesaid keep the Company full indemnified in respect thereof. All surplus materials supplied by the Company remaining on site after completion of the contract shall be the property of the Company.
WORK ON SITE. (a) The Supplier accepts that if any work in pursuance of the Order is carried out by or on behalf of the Supplier at any Kwikbolt site, whether at the Operating Address or otherwise, then such work shall be subject to Kwikbolt 's "General Conditions of Work on Site" or such document that shall be in force from time to time, copies of which are available on request. (b) It is the Supplier's responsibility to ensure the areas used for such work are kept in a clean and tidy state at all times as such work allows. If the Supplier fails to leave such area in a clean and tidy state or substantially as the Supplier found such area, Kwikbolt may employ persons to remedy the situation and set off the cost incurred from the Supplier's account.
WORK ON SITE. 19.1 The Company may direct Employees to attend for work at a customer’s site as required. In such cases the provisions of MEISA subclause 5.9.4 will apply, subject to the following. 19.2 An employee for whom the Company provides or offers to provide transport to and from the work site shall not be entitled to be compensated for excess fares but shall be entitled to excess travel time based on the time reasonably required to travel to the site by car. 19.3 An employee who uses his or her own vehicle to travel to the work site shall be paid an allowance per kilometre for the distance actually travelled over and above the distance the employee would usually travel to and from his/her usual workplace. This allowance shall be paid at the rate specified for the vehicle by the Australian Taxation Office. 19.4 An employee who is directed to attend for work at a site from which it is unreasonable for him/her to return to his usual place of residence each night shall be paid the following allowances where the Company: 19.4.1 pays for accommodation but not meals: $35.00 19.4.2 does not pay for either accommodation or meals: $80.00. No allowance will be payable where the company meets the cost of meals and accommodation. 19.5 Provided that: 19.5.1 the allowances prescribed at subclause 19.4 will not be paid at weekends where an employee returns home; 19.5.2 where an employee reasonably incurs costs over and above the allowances paid he/she will be reimbursed the additional amount on production of satisfactory evidence of the costs incurred. 19.5.3 the above allowances shall be increased at the same time and by the same percentage amount as the allowance payable under clause 37.3(b) of the Building & Construction Industry (State) Award. 19.6 The Company’s Occupational Health & Safety policies and procedures, including policies and procedures concerning Drugs and Alcohol, apply in respect of all work at customer’s sites. Employees working at customer’s sites are also representing the company and must act in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct and in a way that will ensure the good name and reputation of its Employees and the Company. Any breach of OHS requirements or the Code of Conduct and any inappropriate behaviour will be dealt with as serious misconduct.

WORK ON SITE. 9.1. The customer is responsible for preparing the site as per the written notes on their Sales Order unless Equilibrium Garden Rooms have agreed this in advance and any discussion that takes place with the Site Surveyor at the time of sale. 9.2. The customer is responsible for providing all necessary parking permits, access and permissions in advance of the base and building installation dates. Access to electricity and water is required on site. 9.3. Failure to complete the necessary preparations may result in a delay or, in certain circumstances, cancellation of the installation schedule. A minimum charge of £500 will be incurred if the customer has not carried out the necessary preparations as per clauses 9.1 and 9.2 9.4. The company will not deliver or install products through domestic buildings, over fences or other obstacles without prior consultation and written agreement.
WORK ON SITE. All work must be carried out in a professional manner and the site left tidy. 4.5.1 To minimise the risk of site contamination, special care will be taken when refuelling machinery or replenishing machine lubricants. Such work will be carried out away from areas of open water or watercourses. The contractor will carry appropriate spill kits in all vehicles used on the site. 4.5.2 Where livestock is present, special care must be taken to ensure that all gates are left as they are found and that no machinery, equipment or materials are stored on the site in such a way that it presents a hazard to the livestock. 4.5.3 The Contractor shall make good any damage caused to roads, tracks, fences, walls, gates, gateposts, bridges and culverts, and all other property of Natural England, its tenants and licensees. 4.5.4 All litter arising from the work shall be removed from the site.
WORK ON SITE. No work of any character shall be commenced upon, nor shall any materials be delivered to, the Property until the Title Policy has been received by Administrative Agent or if work has commenced with Lenders’ consent, the Title Insurer has agreed to insure Lenders to Lenders’ satisfaction.
