Site Design Approval. 8.2.1 As a condition to the execution of an SLA for any Site, LICENSEE must obtain PG&E's prior written approval of the location, size, design, materials, method of installation, and technical specifications (including electrical requirements) for all Signboards and LICENSEE Equipment proposed in an SAF. PG&E's approval of such items shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, except that PG&E reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to approve or disapprove the proposed location of the Signboards and LICENSEE Equipment.
