By accepting this Contract, Contractor warrants that it is familiar with the work site, is satisfied as to the condition of the site, its accessibility for materials, workmen and utilities, and Contractor’s ability to protect existing surface and subsurface improvements. No claim for time or money will be allowed as to such matters.
