Site Facilities Sample Clauses

The 'Site Facilities' clause defines the responsibilities regarding the provision and maintenance of facilities at a project or work site. Typically, it outlines which party must supply amenities such as restrooms, storage areas, utilities, and access roads, and may specify standards for their upkeep and accessibility. By clearly allocating these obligations, the clause ensures that all necessary site infrastructure is available to support efficient and safe project execution, thereby preventing disputes and delays related to inadequate facilities.
