Site Facilities. 1.6.1 LGL may establish some facilities that can be utilised by Contractors on site, subject to the conditions nominated. The provision of all other services necessary for the execution of Work will be the responsibility of the Contractor. Refer to Section 6 “Special Conditions of Contract” for further details. Refer to Volume 3C for site service drawings.

Site Facilities. The Purchaser will be responsible for providing and maintaining proper fencing, lighting, guarding and watching of all the Contract Works comprised in the Contract Works until Taken Over and the proper provision during a like period of temporary roadways, footways, guards and fences as far as they may be necessary by reason of the Contract Works for the accommodation and protection of the owners and occupiers of adjacent property, public and others. The Purchaser will provide without cost to the Vendor such supplies of electricity, water and gas as may be necessary for the purposes of the Contract Works on Site.

Site Facilities. TerreStar shall be responsible for provisioning the two satellite gateway facilities including the building and associated infrastructure as specified in the System Deployment Plan. TerreStar shall provide the onsite office space, power, communications, storage, etc for the site installation team. TerreStar shall provide the Core Network, 3G Core/IMS Segment, and IT segment. Site Facilities. The Developer shall provide and maintain or cause to be provided and maintained the On-Site Facilities and such On-Site Facilities shall be provided and maintained at all times by the owner from time to time of the Land, at such owner’s sole risk and expense and to the satisfaction of the Municipality; and in default thereof, in addition to any other remedies which may be available to the Municipality, the provisions of section 446 of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ shall apply for the purposes of securing rectification of the default, including adding the costs to the tax roll and collecting them in the same manner as property taxes.

Site Facilities. Adequate toilet, dry room and canteen facilities shall be provided on all sites at all times. On larger sites (20+ workers) toilets to be cleaned hourly, with hot water and washing facilities (including soap, barrier cream, moisturiser and hand towels) to be in place at all times. All canteens to have the facility to boil water, wash up and refrigerate and heat up food. Employers to provide personal locker facilities on sites or alternatively provide insurance cover or compensation for items stolen or missing from on-site drying rooms. Clock in/biometric machines should be at the entrance to the site, where possible, if not grace time should be adjusted so that workers are actually leaving site at their actual finish time.

Site Facilities. The Contractor’s site facilities shall be kept clean and tidy and maintained in good conditions at all times during the Works.

Site Facilities. So long as Tenant leases the entire Building, Landlord grants Tenant the exclusive right, to use the Site Facilities during the Term, subject to all Laws. Notwithstanding the above, Landlord may (a) access the Site Facilities for purposes of performing its obligations hereunder (such as snow removal, landscaping, lawn maintenance and other maintenance and repair obligations to the extent specifically set forth herein); (b) temporarily close any portion of the Site Facilities (after reasonable advance notice to Tenant) (i) for repairs or improvements or Alterations, (ii) to discourage unauthorized use, or (iii) to prevent dedication or prescriptive rights; (c) impose and revise reasonable Building Rules which do not impair Tenant’s rights under this Lease concerning use of the Site Facilities, including, but not limited to, any parking facilities comprising a portion of the Site Facilities subject to the terms of Section 4.3 above; and (d) to grant utility easements or similar rights over the Site Facilities and reasonable access to Landlord for any other reason Landlord deems necessary in Landlord’s reasonable judgment so long as Tenant’s right to access and use the Site Facilities are not unreasonably disturbed or impeded.

Site Facilities. When clean and properly maintained sanitary facilities are not available at the site, the employer agrees to provide the following sanitary facilities: The employer agrees to provide properly heated and lighted eating, drinking, clothing and wash-up facilities for workmen from the start of any project where there are five or more employees of the employer.
