Common use of SITE INSPECTION Clause in Contracts

SITE INSPECTION. Lender shall have performed, or caused to be performed on its behalf, an on-site due diligence review of the Mortgaged Property which inspection is satisfactory to Lender in its sole discretion.

SITE INSPECTION. Lender shall have performed, or caused to be performed on its behalf, an on-site due diligence review of the Mortgaged Property which inspection is Assets to be acquired with the Loan satisfactory to Lender in its Lender’s sole discretion.
