If the PARTNER carries out any of the Work on SCHOOL DISTRICT premises, SCHOOL DISTRICT grants PARTNER a limited, revocable license to use SCHOOL DISTRICT Program Site(s) as required in order to provide the Work. PARTNER shall follow all rules and regulations that apply to its use of the Program Site(s).
