Site List Changes. (a) Company may notify Google from time to time that it wishes to add additional URLs to those comprising the AdSense Site(s) or Search Site(s), such notification to be sent to Google at least [***] (or such shorter period as Google may agree) before Company wishes the addition to take effect. Google may approve or disapprove the request at its reasonable discretion, this approval or disapproval to be in writing. (b) Company may notify Google from time to time that it wishes to add additional URLS or remove URL(s) to those comprising the ADX Site(s) by either sending notice to Google or adding or removing the URL(s) through the ADX user interface. (c) If there is any change in control of any Site or Feed (such that the conditions set out in clause 2.2 (a) are not met): (i) Company will notify Google at least [***] in advance of the change; (ii) unless the entire applicable Agreement is assigned to a third party in accordance with clause 16.3, from the date of such change that Site or Feed will be treated as removed from the applicable Order Form and Company will ensure that from that date the Services are no longer implemented on that Site or through the applicable Feed(s).
Site List Changes. (a) Company may notify Google from time to time that it wishes to add or remove URL(s) to those comprising the Site(s) by sending notice to Google at least 30 days before Company wishes the addition or deletion to take effect; provided that Company may not add URL(s) to those comprising the Co-Branded Sites listed in Exhibit A attached hereto. Google may approve or disapprove the request in its reasonable discretion, this approval or disapproval to be in writing. (b) If there is a change in control of any Site (such that the conditions set out in Section 2.2(b)(i) or 2.2(b)(ii) are not met): (i) Company will provide notice to Google at least 30 days before the change; and (ii) unless the entire Agreement is assigned to the third party controlling the Site in compliance with Section 15.3 (Assignment) below, from the date of that change in control of the Site, that Site will be treated as removed from this Agreement. Company will ensure that from that date, the Services are no longer implemented on that Site.

  • Shift Changes When an employee is assigned to a specific shift and that assignment is changed, the employee shall be given seven (7) calendar days’ notice prior to the change.

  • CEO Changes The HSP will immediately notify the Funder if it becomes aware that the HSP’s CEO will depart the organization.

  • Program Changes Contractor agrees to inform the County of any alteration in program or service delivery at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the change, or as soon as reasonably feasible.

  • Room Changes No changes in room assignment will be based upon age, race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, and online profiles except as needed to provide a reasonable accommodation to residents with eligible disabilities registered with the University [Office of Disability Services]. Room change may only be made with the written approval of University Housing and is dependent upon space availability, timing of the request, and grounds for transfer. Residents who receive approval for a room change may be charged a room change fee as shown on the University Housing website, which will be posted to Resident’s account. Room changes that are not authorized by University Housing will result in a fine as shown on the University Housing website, which will be posted to Resident’s account.

  • Contract Changes Changes may not be made in the terms and conditions of this contract without the agreement and written permission of the Director of Housing.
