Site Manager. This person is responsible for coordinating home athletic event details including, but not limited to, accommodating the visiting school and officials, supervising crowd control, supervising custodial set up/take down, providing necessary audio-visual equipment, contacting emergency medical assistance when necessary, and supervising and assisting home workers, including ticket sellers. The site manager's duties begin 15 minutes prior to the anticipated arrival of the visiting team and end when the visiting team has left. The pay shall be $90.00 per home event.

The DIRECTOR may rely on any decisions made by the Site Manager as being decisions of CONTRACTOR. Such Site Manager shall not be replaced by CONTRACTOR during the Term of the AGREEMENT without the prior written permission of the DIRECTOR (subject to all employment laws) and the mutual agreement between the DIRECTOR and CONTRACTOR of a replacement Site Manager who is satisfactory to the DIRECTOR. CONTRACTOR shall replace any personnel or Subcontractors, including the Site Manager or a subsequent replacement, whose work product is deemed unsatisfactory by the DIRECTOR.

Site Manager. The BOARD does hereby appoint SITE MANAGER as the exclusive managing agent for the MAINTENANCE of the COMPLEX, and SITE MANAGER xxxxxx accepts said appointment and agrees to perform the MAINTENANCE duties defined in this Agreement and Exhibits on behalf of the ASSOCIATION. The COMPLEX consists of seventy-three (73) existing condominium units and all common elements as defined in the ASSOCIATION’s Condominium Declarations.

Whenever the Site Manager is absent from the Site during normal working hours, a suitable person shall be appointed to act as its deputy. The Site Manager shall not be employed by the Contractor to do work under contracts with others. The Contractor shall notify the Project Manager of the person appointed as Site Manager and shall not make or change such appointment without the previous consent or requirement of the Project Manager.
