Site Manager. This person is responsible for coordinating home athletic event details including, but not limited to, accommodating the visiting school and officials, supervising crowd control, supervising custodial set up/take down, providing necessary audio-visual equipment, contacting emergency medical assistance when necessary, and supervising and assisting home workers, including ticket sellers. The site manager's duties begin 15 minutes prior to the anticipated arrival of the visiting team and end when the visiting team has left. The pay shall be $90.00 per home event.
Site Manager. The volunteer RGS member who liaises with the Allotments Service (presently Enable L&C). The site manager is appointed with the approval of the Allotments Service and sits on the RGS committee in a non-voting capacity.
Site Manager. (A) The Board of Managers shall appoint a site manager (the “Site Manager”), who shall have responsibility for the day-to-day general management and control of the business and affairs of the Joint Venture Company and its Subsidiaries and overseeing the implementation of the strategic direction of the Joint Venture Company and its Subsidiaries. The Site Manager shall perform or oversee those duties and have all powers that are commonly incident to the office of chief executive officer or that are specifically delegated to him or her by the Board of Managers. The Site Manager shall reside in Singapore and shall be a full time employee of the Joint Venture Company, selected by the Board of Managers, subject to the consent of any Member whose Percentage Interest is at least [***] percent ([***]%), which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. The Board of Managers shall have the right to remove any Site Manager at any time, with or without cause, subject to the terms of any employment contract between the Joint Venture Company and the Site Manager.
(B) The Board of Managers shall determine, from time to time, the incentive compensation for which the Site Manager may be eligible based upon the Joint Venture Company’s operational success.
Site Manager. A competent person is to be nominated as responsible for the Works both on site and off site for the full duration of the Works and is to be kept constantly on the site and exclusively employed on the Works and their duties are to include those of practical organisation, direction and supervision and ensuring the quality of workmanship required by the BTM and shall not be replaced at any time without the express consent of the BTM which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Site Manager. A site manager is the individual who is employed by the cooperative or the cooperative’s management agent to perform the necessary on-site management functions. The site manager may or may not reside on-site and may or may not be employed full time.
Site Manager. An individual with proven experience in the management of landfilling operations on large landfills (hazardous and general wastes). He/she shall be on site on a full-time basis. His/her duties will include, but not be limited to:
i) All operations of the Site in accordance with this Specification.
ii) Management of all resources.
Site Manager. CONTRACTOR shall designate an on-site Site Manager to act on behalf of CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR shall authorize the Site Manager to make all decisions regarding the Work hereunder. The Site Manager, and any replacement thereof, shall meet all the necessary requirements as described in the RFP. The DIRECTOR may rely on any decisions made by the Site Manager as being decisions of CONTRACTOR. Such Site Manager shall not be replaced by CONTRACTOR during the Term of the AGREEMENT without the prior written permission of the DIRECTOR (subject to all employment laws) and the mutual agreement between the DIRECTOR and CONTRACTOR of a replacement Site Manager who is satisfactory to the DIRECTOR. CONTRACTOR shall replace any personnel or Subcontractors, including the Site Manager or a subsequent replacement, whose work product is deemed unsatisfactory by the DIRECTOR.
Site Manager. Contractor shall designate an individual to serve as and to perform the duties of a Site Manager for all the Scattered Sites.
Site Manager. During the Warranty Period, BDAL Germany shall provide a site manager as described in the General Terms and Conditions.
Site Manager. During the term of this agreement, the GUSD shall correspond with the CAPSLO Head Start Program Manager regarding:
a. The format of any final reports and deliverables; and
b. The adequacy of the services provided by GUSD
c. All other reports and documentation required of the GUSD shall be delivered to CAPSLO Head Start's Program Manager.
