Site Meetings. TS-26 During executing the works and on a periodical base, site meetings shall be held every 2 weeks or whenever needed for the purposes to coordinate the works and to be sure that it is properly executed according to contract conditions and technical specification. Minutes of the meetings shall be prepared by the Supervision Team or his representative and distributed to all parties and it shall be followed.
