Site of Arbitration. The site of the arbitration proceeding shall be, at Executive's election, either (1) Santa Clarx Xxxnty, California or (2) Middlesex County, Massachusetts or (3) if Executive's primary assigned work place prior to the Change of Control was in neither California nor Massachusetts, a mutually agreed site located within 25 miles of that work place.
