Common use of Site Organization Clause in Contracts

Site Organization. The selected Contractor shall depute well-qualified officers / team having sufficient experience in execution of similar works as indicated in this Tender Document. If the progress of work is found unsatisfactory during the currency of the contract, Contractor / Bidder shall promptly mobilize additional personnel / resources for ensuring satisfactory progress and timely completion of the proposed work, as per direction of and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and necessary clearances under the contract without extra cost to IWAI.
