Drainage ▪ Prevent silt bearing road surface and ditch runoff from delivering sediment to any streams or wetlands. ▪ Maintain rolling dips and drivable waterbars as needed to keep them functioning as intended. ▪ Maintain headwalls to the road shoulder level with material that will resist erosion. ▪ Maintain energy dissipaters at culvert outlets with non-erodible material or rock. ▪ Keep ditches, culverts, and other drainage structures clear of obstructions and functioning as intended. ▪ Inspect and clean culverts at least monthly, with additional inspections during storms and periods of high runoff. This shall be done even during periods of inactivity. Surface Grade and shape the road surface, turnouts, and shoulders to the original shape on the TYPICAL SECTION SHEET. Inslope or outslope as directed to provide a smooth, rut-free traveled surface and maintain surface water runoff in an even, unconcentrated manner. Blading shall not undercut the backslope or cut into geotextile fabric on the road. If required by the Contract Administrator, water shall be applied as necessary to control dust and retain fine surface rock. Surface material shall not be bladed off the roadway. Replace surface material when lost or worn away, or as directed by the Contract Administrator. Remove shoulder berms, created by grading, to facilitate drainage, except as marked or directed by the Contract Administrator. For roads with geotextile fabric: spread surface aggregate to fill in soft spots and wheel ruts (barrel spread) to prevent damage to the geotextile fabric.

Groundwater The groundwater shall not be degraded as a result of the waste maintained at the facility.
Stormwater Notwithstanding any other provisions or terms of this Agreement, Company acknowledges that certain properties within the Premises or on Authority-owned land are subject to stormwater rules and regulations. Company agrees to observe and abide by such stormwater rules and regulations as may be applicable to the Premises, and, if applicable, Company hereby expressly covenants, warrants, and represents to Authority, in connection with Company’s operations on the Premises, the following:
Underground Utilities Any required ground digging or subsurface work shall be done in accordance with Chapter 556, Florida Statutes. It shall be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR to have all underground utilities located before any work begins (Sunshine State One Call 0-000-000-0000). The repairs of any damaged underground utilities as a result of the work being performed by CONTRACTOR shall be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR. The proper utility company shall be contacted immediately to expedite the repairs, if damage has occurred. CONTRACTOR will notify the COUNTY and provide a written explanation of the incident within two (2) days of the damage to any underground utilities.
Fill, Backfill and Landscaping No soil found on Site, or transported to the Site from remote locations, which contains debris or waste or Hazardous Materials shall be used for fill, backfill or landscaping topsoil.
Water Provide hot water for lavatory purposes and cold water for drinking, lavatory and toilet purposes.
