Site Principal. Participants will follow the normal evaluation cycle for volunteer teachers. Should the administrative evaluator deem it necessary to communicate with the participant in a matter relating to discipline such as a letter of warning, or reprimand, copies of all such written materials shall be provided to the participant and the consulting teacher, if related to the CSTP. A cooperative relationship between the Consulting Teacher and principal is strongly encouraged. All deliberations and reports are confidential.
