Common use of SITE RULES AND REGULATIONS Clause in Contracts

SITE RULES AND REGULATIONS. TENANT agrees to abide by ATTACHMENT C, Tower Site Access Procedures, by performing due diligence and contacting required personnel when visiting the Tower Site. TENANT agrees to comply with the reasonable rules and regulations established from time to time at the Tower Site by LANE COUNTY in its discretion, which may be modified by LANE COUNTY from time to time, upon receipt by TENANT of such revised rules and regulations or in accordance with LANE COUNTY’s obligations under the Owners Tower Site Lease, Ground Lease or Easement Agreements. Such rules and regulations will not unreasonably interfere with TENANT’s normal business operations.
