Site Specific Agreement. Separate per site agreement contemplating the use of the Technology and Process as applied to the specific conditions of one individual site. It is the intent of the parties hereto to enter into a site specific agreement for each and every site, as that term is herein defined. This agreement shall state with precision (in terms of U.S. dollars) the gross per gallon receipts and other price and cost terms herein referenced for each site, which terms will be defined upon the final site approval of each site (see Attachment B). This agreement shall also detail with precision all such terms herein referenced that remain discretionary and conditioned upon final site approval, including, but not limited to, any terms detailing the requisite standard operating procedures and quality control protocols, the required essential equipment and the furnishing of Know-how to the site operator or other third party.

  • Landlord’s General Conditions for Tenant’s Agents and Tenant Improvement Work Tenant’s and Tenant’s Agent’s construction of the Tenant Improvements shall comply with the following: (i) the Tenant Improvements shall be constructed in strict accordance with the Approved Working Drawings; (ii) Tenant’s Agents shall submit schedules of all work relating to the Tenant’s Improvements to Contractor and Contractor shall, within five (5) business days of receipt thereof, inform Tenant’s Agents of any changes which are necessary thereto, and Tenant’s Agents shall adhere to such corrected schedule; and (iii) Tenant shall abide by all rules made by Landlord’s Building manager with respect to the use of freight, loading dock and service elevators, storage of materials, coordination of work with the contractors of other tenants, and any other matter in connection with this Tenant Work Letter, including, without limitation, the construction of the Tenant Improvements.

  • Country-Specific Provisions The Award shall be subject to any special provisions set forth in Exhibit A for your country, if any. If you relocate to one of the countries included in Exhibit A during the life of the Award or while holding Shares acquired upon vesting of the Restricted Share Units, the special provisions for such country shall apply to you, to the extent the Company determines that the application of such provisions is necessary or advisable in order to comply with applicable laws with regard to the acquisition, issuance or sale of the Shares or facilitate the administration of the Plan.
