Common use of Site Stability Clause in Contracts

Site Stability. The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement is intended to achieve labour relations stability on the Project. It is a violation of this Agreement for any of the Parties, the Employers or their respective Employees or members to do anything to harm, delay, or otherwise impede the performance of the Capital Works or the construction of the Project. Any individual(s) engaging in such conduct shall be subject to immediate removal from the Project Site and discipline in accordance with the applicable Agreement-Based LOUs.
