Site Visits and Audits. Upon reasonable notice, Call2Recycle or its agent shall have the right to enter upon any collection facility utilized by the Local Government for the purpose of conducting inspections or compliance audits. The Local Government shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that Call2Recycle has the same rights in respect of any Service Provider used by the Local Government. Call2Recycle or its agent shall be accompanied by a representative of the Local Government for any such visits or audits.
