Common use of Sixth Amendment Fee Clause in Contracts

Sixth Amendment Fee. A fully earned and non-refundable sixth amendment fee in the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), which shall become due and payable upon the earlier of: (i) the Maturity Date, (ii) the acceleration of any Term Loan, or (iii) the prepayment of a Term Loan pursuant to Section 2.2(c) or (d).

Sixth Amendment Fee. A fully earned and non-refundable sixth amendment fee in the amount of Fifty Five Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), 5,000.00) which shall become due and payable upon the earlier of: (i) the Maturity Date, (ii) the acceleration of any Term Loan, or (iii) the prepayment of a Term Loan pursuant to Section 2.2(c) or (d).

Sixth Amendment Fee. A fully earned and non-refundable sixth amendment fee in the amount of Fifty Seventeen Thousand Dollars ($50,000.0017,000.00), which shall become due and payable upon the earlier earliest of: (i) the Maturity Date, (ii) the acceleration of any Term Loan, or (iii) the prepayment of a date on which the Term Loan Loans are fully prepaid pursuant to Section 2.2(c) or (d).

Sixth Amendment Fee. A An amendment fee in the amount of $20,000 (the "Sixth Amendment Fee"), which amendment fee shall be fully earned and non-refundable sixth amendment fee in on the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), which shall become due and payable upon the earlier of: (i) the Maturity Sixth Amendment Effective Date, (ii) the acceleration of any Term Loan, or (iii) the prepayment of a Term and shall be charged to Borrower's Loan pursuant to Section 2.2(c) or (d)Account on such date."
