Each Investor shall take all actions, do all things and execute and deliver all documents, including, without limitation, approving an amendment to the Corporation’s Bylaws, and shall cause the Corporation to do the same, as may be necessary to ensure that the number of directors authorized and constituting the entire Board shall be seven (7), subject to increase or decrease in accordance with the terms of the Certificate and pursuant hereto.
