Term Limits. The length of the term of Department/Division Chair and the number of consecutive terms a Chair is permitted to serve in a department/division shall be specified in the College Plan.
Term Limits. Each independent director must retire from the Board of Directors by not standing for re-election at the next annual meeting of stockholders following the earlier of his or her: (i) 15th anniversary of service on the Board or (ii) 75th birthday. The restriction described in (i) above applies to any director who was first elected to serve on the Fund’s Board of Directors after January 1, 2020, and the restriction described in (ii) above applies to any director who was first elected to serve on the Fund’s Board of Directors after July 9, 1998.
Term Limits. No Trustee may serve more than two consecutive terms, nor may a Trustee serve more than three terms in total.
Term Limits. The initial term of an Instructional Coach shall be two (2) years. If, at the conclusion of the first year of their first two-year cycle, unit members or the Office may discontinue their placement in the position as an Instructional Coach. After completion of the first two-year cycle, an Instructional Coach may have their placement extended by the Office for one additional year, and no more than two-years, making a total of four (4) consecutive years. Once a unit member has completed four years as an Instructional Coach they shall be returned to a teaching position for one (1) year before being allowed to apply as an Instructional Coach again. No unit member may serve in an administrative position while serving as an Instructional Coach.
Term Limits. A. PCRC members may serve no more than three (3) complete two-year consecutive terms.
B. A PCRC member's term shall be from April 1st through March 31st.
C. A PCRC member shall serve no more than one complete two-year term as chair.
D. A PCRC member shall serve no more than one complete two-year term as vice-chair.
X. The term limit of a PCRC member serving as chair or vice-chair will automatically extend, if necessary, to the end of the term of service as chair or vice-chair.
F. An exception to the term limit may be granted by the Board.
X. A committee member having completed three (3) two-year consecutive terms may serve again on the PCRC if a complete two-year term has passed following that committee member’s previous service.
Term Limits. The Board does not believe it should establish term limits. While term limits could help ensure that there are fresh ideas and viewpoints available to the Board, they hold the disadvantage of losing the contribution of Directors who have been able to develop, over a period of time, increasing insight into the Company and its operations and, therefore, provide an increasing contribution to the Board as a whole.

Term Limits. Coordinator terms shall be for two-year periods. No faculty member shall serve in the position of Coordinator for more than two (2) consecutive two-year terms, or for a total of four (4) consecutive years.
