Common use of Slot Utilization Clause in Contracts

Slot Utilization. The Borrower is utilizing the Slots in a manner consistent in all material respects with applicable regulations and contracts in order to preserve both its right to hold and operate the Slots, taking into account any waivers or other relief granted to the Borrower by the FAA. The Borrower has not received any notice from the FAA, and is not aware of any other event or circumstance, that would be reasonably likely to impair its right to hold and operate the Slots in any material respect.

Slot Utilization. The Borrower is utilizing the Slots in a manner consistent in all material respects with applicable regulations and contracts in order to preserve both its right to hold and operate the Slots, taking into account any waivers or other relief granted to the Borrower by the FAA. The Borrower has not received any notice from the FAA, and is not aware of any other event or circumstance, that would be reasonably likely to impair its right to hold and operate the Slots in any material respect.

The Borrower is and its Subsidiaries are utilizing the Slots in a manner consistent in all material respects with applicable regulations and contracts in order to preserve both its right to hold and operate the value of the Slots, taking into account any waivers or other relief granted to the Borrower and/or its Subsidiaries by the FAA. The None of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries has not received any notice from the FAA, and or is not aware of any other event or circumstance, that would be reasonably likely to impair its right to hold and operate the Slots in any material respector the value thereof.

The None of Parent, the Borrower or any of the Borrower’s Subsidiaries has not received any notice from the FAA, and or is not aware of any other event or circumstance, that would be reasonably likely to impair its right to hold and operate the Slots in any material respector the value thereof.
