Common use of Small Business Information Clause in Contracts

Small Business Information. The Company shall deliver an undertaking to provide information, make reports and take such actions as may be required under Section 1202(D)(1)(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended ("IRC"), in order to qualify the Common Stock and Series A Stock as "small business stock" within the meaning of IRC Section 1202(c).
