Small Contracts. (Work contracts which are a minimum of ten thousand dollars up to seventy-five thousand dollars) The Company will, to the extent the information is reasonably available, provide the Committee every month with a list of the Small Contracts which have been contracted out in the last one month reporting period in order that the Committee can review the work content of the Small Contracts and develop trend analyses of the contracting of specific types of work.
