Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. System Description The DLCS is a network consisting of devices which are remotely controlled over RF transmission equipment by the PowerCAMPTM Software or equivalent. CL&P shall have access to the PowerCAMP™ LMS (as defined below) via the web interface. The PowerCAMPTM LMS shall include the software and hardware necessary to manage the Control Devices installed at the End-use Equipment at Participating Facilities. Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.
