SMOKE AND TOBACCO. UC Davis is a Smoke and Tobacco Free Campus. The University’s policy prohibits smoking and tobacco use on University owned or leased property, which includes the premises. Smoking includes – inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying a lighted or heated product such as tobacco, marijuana, other smokable substances, or smoking instruments that emit smoke.
