Parking and Transportation. A. This Section does not guarantee the provision of free parking spaces for employees. County parking lots, where available, will have the spaces contained therein, designated in the following priority:
1. Disabled
2. Public
3. County-owned vehicles
4. Official County business - transient
5. County employees Employees who participate in carpools (2 or more persons per vehicle, 4 days per week minimum) shall be entitled to preferential parking spaces, when available.
Parking and Transportation. The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, the University may apply changes in transportation policy, including adjusting parking and U-Pass fees and criteria for assigning parking spots, to the bargaining unit without the obligation to bargain with the Union. The Union may raise issues and concerns about the University’s parking program at Joint Labor/Management Committee meetings or at ad hoc Labor Management Committee meetings. The Union shall have a standing seat on the University’s committee(s) that work on transportation and parking issues.
Parking and Transportation. A. Bargaining unit members may apply for UNM parking permits under their status as students and are eligible for the same parking lots and under the same fee structure as other students.
B. Bargaining unit members with a 0.25 FTE or greater on a full Fall semester assistantship contract may choose to have their parking permits charged to their bursar’s account on a payment plan for the Fall semester. Bargaining unit members will not be responsible for paying a set-up fee for a payment plan setup exclusively for parking permit charges. Bargaining unit members are responsible for all other fees associated with payment plans.
C. UNM PATS buses will continue to be free to bargaining unit members. In the interest of encouraging the use of alternative transportation, UNM provides all students with a free UNM ABQ Ride bus pass sticker. As long as this program exists, the pass will be free and available to bargaining unit members. These passes are available through UNM Parking and Transportation.
D. The University will continue its efforts to provide safe bike storage options to bargaining unit members.
E. The University will provide parking and bike rack/storage information to bargaining unit members at new graduate assistant orientation as well as in an email at the beginning of each semester.
F. Information regarding bike theft statistics and corresponding locations on campus will be made publicly available.
Parking and Transportation. If Contractor, its agents, employees, or approved subcontractors shall be performing this Contract on OHSU property, Contractor shall contact OHSU’s Parking and Transportation Services Department to arrange for proper parking permits and shall be responsible for all fees incurred.
Parking and Transportation. Proper facilities shall be available to the employees covered by this Agreement within reasonable proximity to their regular work location in accordance with the provisions of the University Parking and Transportation Program. Members of the bargaining unit may park at University parking locations at the then-current daily rate for such locations. They may also purchase monthly, semester or annual parking passes on a pre-tax basis at the then-current rates for such passes established for non-represented employees on the Boston campus. The University shall endeavor to maintain adequate lighting in all parking areas.
Parking and Transportation. Section 1. Proper parking facilities shall be available to the employees covered by this agreement within close proximity of their regular work location in accordance with the provisions of the University Transportation and Parking Programs.
Section 2. The Employer shall maintain adequate lighting in all parking areas.
Section 3. The Employer agrees to discuss with the Union any proposed changes in the Parking and Transportation Program and will inform the Union and all employees prior to implementing any such change.
Parking and Transportation. (a) Provided no event of default has occurred and is continuing hereunder, Tenant shall have the right to lease the number of parking spaces designated in Paragraph 25 of the Basic Lease Terms. Parking rates for the parking designated in Paragraph 25 of the Basic Lease Terms shall be Landlord's prevailing market rates then in effect for the applicable parking facility. Landlord, in the exercise of its sound business judgment, shall have the right to change the mode of parking in both the Basement Garage and the Multi-Store Parking Facility at any time. Tenant shall not use more parking spaces than said number. In the event Landlord has not assigned specific spaces to Tenant, Tenant shall not use any spaces which have been so specifically assigned by Landlord to other tenants or for such other uses as visitor parking or which have been designated by governmental entities with competent jurisdiction as being restricted to certain uses.
(i) Tenant shall not permit or allow any vehicles that belong to or are controlled by Tenant or Tenant's employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, or invitees to be loaded, unloaded, or parking in areas other than those designated by Landlord for such activities.
(ii) If Tenant permits or allows any of the prohibited activities described in this Paragraph 40, then Landlord shall have the right, without notice, in addition to such other rights and remedies that it may have, to remove or tow away the vehicle involved and charge the cost to Tenant, which cost shall be immediately payable upon demand by Landlord.
(iii) Landlord reserves the right at any time to relocate such spaces and to substitute an equivalent number of parking spaces in a parking structure or subterranean parking facility or in a surface parking area ------------- June 16, 1997
Parking and Transportation. Parking access, fees and other rules for nurses shall be in accordance with the Employer’s Employee Transportation policy. The Medical Center will notify the Association and provide the Association an opportunity to bargain regarding any substantive changes in the policy. Nurses will be charged no greater rates for parking on or in the Employer’s parking facilities than rates charged to other employees. The Medical Center will continue to pay for the cost of nurses’ Lane Transit District bus passes that are utilized for travel to and from work, which the parties encourage nurses to use instead of driving to work. The Medical Center shall assure that reasonable security precautions are in place for nurses (and their parked vehicles) who utilize the Employer’s parking facilities.
Parking and Transportation. Section 1 - Local Negotiations The parties agree that parking is a substantive subject for local supplemental negotiations to the extent not specifically covered in this Agreement.
Parking and Transportation. Where an employee is required to travel at an early or late hour so that their normal means of public transportation is not available or in circumstances where there is a risk to personal safety, the Company will be responsible for the reasonable cost of transportation home for that employee. Employees who have approval to use their own vehicle shall be entitled to a mileage allowance, bridge tolls parking fees etc.
