Common use of Smoking Cessation Contribution Clause in Contracts

Smoking Cessation Contribution. The City agrees to participate in the cost to a member who chooses to access a smoking cessation program, up to 50% of the total cost and no more than $75 per pay period. A prerequisite is that a member who chooses to participate should first have made a good faith effort to quit smoking on their own, or in another manner.
