SMS Queuing. If an individual handset is unable to receive a SMS message because the handset is: (a) turned off; (b) Roaming; or (c) traveling in a Market that does not have text messaging capabilities, SMS messages will remain in a queue for up to 72 hours. After 72 hours, any SMS message that has not been sent will be deleted. Currently, the maximum number of SMS messages that can be queued for a single handset is 30. SMS Queuing. If an individual Device is unable to receive an SMS message because such Device is: (a) turned off or (b) traveling or Roaming in a location that does not have text messaging capabilities, SMS messages will remain in a queue for up to 72 hours, or such other time period as established by Sprint and consistently applied with respect to other resellers or its direct operations. After 72 hours (or such other period as described above), any SMS message that has not been sent will be deleted. The maximum number of SMS messages that can be queued for a single Device is 30 or such other amount as established by Sprint and consistently applied with respect to other resellers or its direct operations.
