SMS TEXT MESSAGING. Cognoa offers an SMS text messaging program for its Canvas Dx product. When you log into the HCP Portal, you will have the option to agree to receive text messages from us. These text messages are intended to support your use of the HCP Portal, and include verification codes for two-factor authentication. If you agree to receive text messages from Cognoa, you are agreeing that Cognoa may send you two-factor authentication codes via SMS text messages at the number provided via an autodialer service. Consent to texting is not a condition for receipt/purchase/use of Canvas Dx. Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message frequency varies. If you are experiencing issues with the SMS text messaging program or would like to cancel the SMS text messaging program, you may contact Cognoa Connect via email (xxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx) or telephone (0-000-000-0000) at any time. You may also reply directly to the SMS text with “HELP” for help or “STOP” to cancel. After you send “STOP” to us, we will send you a text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you choose to opt into the program again in the future. For more information on how data obtained through the SMS text messaging program will be used, please review our Privacy Policy.
SMS TEXT MESSAGING. By consenting to Xxxxxxx’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages with service-related and promotional messages, including updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.) and promotions, specials, and other marketing offers from and on behalf of Campari via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Campari. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary. We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider. You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to the sending number that will be sending you the messages from time to time. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

SMS TEXT MESSAGING. The Service enables communication between you and Livongo’s staff of Certified Diabetes Educators by means of SMS text messages to and from your mobile device, if you elect to receive SMS messages. You may elect to receive SMS messages under “Communication Preferences” in your account, or by texting “JOIN” to 85240. Livongo will only use information you provide via SMS message as permitted by the Online Privacy Policy, and applicable law. See Section 4 above. Livongo’s SMS messaging is supported by the following mobile operators: T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Metro-PCS, and others. If your mobile operator is not supported, you will not receive a reply to your messages. Pre-paid users may not be able to participate – Check with your mobile operator. Your mobile operator may charge standard and other text messaging fees for text messages sent and received. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message frequency is recurring/ongoing based on your preferences as indicated under “Communication Preferences” in your account. To stop the SMS text service at any time, text STOP to 85240. To receive help information, text HELP to 85420 or reply HELP to any message. Consent to receive SMS text messages is not required as a condition of registering for or using the Service. Rated Incollects will be intermingled with BellSouth recorded rated and unrated usage. Rated Incollects will not be packed separately. 6.1.3 BellSouth will perform duplicate record checks on records processed to ODUF. Any duplicate messages detected will be deleted and not sent to Quality Telephone. 6.1.4 In the event that Quality Telephone detects a duplicate on ODUF they receive from BellSouth, Quality Telephone will drop the duplicate message and will not return the duplicate to BellSouth).

  • Electronic Media 10.5.1 Where this Agreement or referenced provisions in the Contract Documents require the Project Consultant to provide information or documents in either electronic or magnetic media, the preparation and format of that media shall conform to the Owner's Electronic Media Submittal Requirements (Attachment 3 to this Agreement).

  • Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data. Encryption keys to State data will only be accessed by Contractor as necessary for performance of this Contract.

  • Consent to Emails and Automated Text Messages By participating as a Zelle User, you represent that you are the owner of the email address, mobile phone number, and/or other alias you enroll, or that you have the delegated legal authority to act on behalf of the owner of such email address, mobile phone number and/or other alias to send or receive money as described in this Agreement. You consent to the receipt of emails or text messages from us, from Zelle, from other Users that are sending you money or requesting money from you, and from other Network Banks or their agents regarding the Zelle Service or related transfers between Network Banks and you. You agree that we, Zelle, or either of our agents may use automatic telephone dialing systems in connection with text messages sent to any mobile phone number you enroll. You further acknowledge and agree: ▪ You are responsible for any fees or other charges that your wireless carrier may charge for any related data, text or other message services, including without limitation for short message service. Please check your mobile service agreement for details or applicable fees. ▪ You will immediately notify us if any email address or mobile phone number you have enrolled is (i) surrendered by you, or (ii) changed by you. ▪ In the case of any messages that you may send through either us or Zelle or that we may send or Zelle may send on your behalf to an email address or mobile phone number, you represent that you have obtained the consent of the recipient of such emails or automated text messages to send such emails or text messages to the recipient. You understand and agree that any emails or text messages that we send or that Xxxxx sends on your behalf may include your name. ▪ Your wireless carrier is not liable for any delay or failure to deliver any message sent to or from us or Zelle, including messages that you may send through us or through Zelle or that we may send or Zelle may send on your behalf. ▪ To cancel text messaging from us, text STOP to 20736. For help or information regarding text messaging, text HELP to 20736 or contact our customer service at 0.000.000.0000 or 0.000.000.0000. You expressly consent to receipt of a text message to confirm your “STOP” request. ▪ Our Zelle notifications are supported by many carriers, such as AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T- Mobile, and Sprint. Check with your individual carrier to confirm availability. ▪ We or Zelle may use information on file with your wireless operator to further verify your identity and to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized use of the Zelle Service. By using the Zelle Service, you authorize your wireless operator (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon, or any other branded wireless operator) to disclose your mobile number, name, address, email, network status, customer type, customer role, billing type, mobile device identifiers (IMSI and IMEI) and other subscriber status and device details, if available, to our third party service provider solely to allow verification of your identity and to compare information you have provided to us or to Zelle with your wireless operator account profile information for the duration of our business relationship.   • Proposed Policies and Procedures Regarding New Online Content and Functionality By March 15, 2018, the District will submit to OCR for its review and approval proposed policies and procedures (“the Plan for New Content”) to ensure that all new, newly-added, or modified online content and functionality will be accessible to people with disabilities as measured by conformance to the Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility set forth above, except where doing so would impose a fundamental alteration or undue burden. a) When fundamental alteration or undue burden defenses apply, the Plan for New Content will require the District to provide equally effective alternative access. The Plan for New Content will require the District, in providing equally effective alternate access, to take any actions that do not result in a fundamental alteration or undue financial and administrative burdens, but nevertheless ensure that, to the maximum extent possible, individuals with disabilities receive the same benefits or services as their nondisabled peers. To provide equally effective alternate access, alternates are not required to produce the identical result or level of achievement for persons with and without disabilities, but must afford persons with disabilities equal opportunity to obtain the same result, to gain the same benefit, or to reach the same level of achievement, in the most integrated setting appropriate to the person’s needs. b) The Plan for New Content must include sufficient quality assurance procedures, backed by adequate personnel and financial resources, for full implementation. This provision also applies to the District’s online content and functionality developed by, maintained by, or offered through a third-party vendor or by using open sources. c) Within thirty (30) days of receiving OCR’s approval of the Plan for New Content, the District will officially adopt, and fully implement the amended policies and procedures.
