SNEMT VEHICLE STANDARDS. 1. The minimum SNEMT Vehicle standards are those of the California Vehicle Code. All SNEMT Vehicles shall meet all applicable standards of the California Vehicle Code. Certain equipment must be present and fully functional as OEM (original equipment manufacturer), as specified in this section. SNEMT Vehicles must be maintained to these standards at all times.
