Interior Condition a. Passenger compartment, driver compartment, and trunk or luggage area shall be clean and free of foreign matter, offensive odors, and litter.
b. Seat upholstery shall be clean. Interior walls, carpet and/or flooring, and ceiling shall be kept reasonably clean. No rips or tears are permitted. All repairs shall be done to provide a reasonable match with the existing interior.
c. Door handles and doors shall be intact, clean, and operational. Each door shall be capable of being unlocked and opened from the interior of the SNEMT Vehicle.
d. Dashboards shall be maintained in a manner that is clean and free of loose articles. Dashboards shall be free of cracks, holes, and tears.
Interior Condition. Except as provided for in this Conservation Plan, changes to the interior of the House that affect the exterior appearance of the House are not permitted without prior issuance of a heritage alteration permit.
Interior Condition. The interior of the Aircraft will be in substantially the same condition as it was on the Delivery Date, ordinary wear and tear excepted. Cabin windows shall be clear and without major crazing or scratches.
Interior Condition. The Member shall at the Member's own expense, keep the interior of the Unit in good condition and repair and in keeping with the character of the rest of the Development.

Surviving interior fittings from the Dairy Barn and Calving Barn, such as the manure xxxxxx system and foot pedal operated valves at each stanchion, will be salvaged for possible re-use as artifacts comprising part of the Interpretive Exhibit in the Dairy Building. Except as provided for in this Conservation Plan, changes to the interior of the Dairy Building that affect the exterior appearance are not permitted without prior issuance of a Heritage Alteration Permit. Minor electrical and plumbing upgrades are permitted to allow the re-use of the building as a gardener’s shed and secure on-site location for interpretive panels. Refer to section 3.4.2.4 Interior Condition in the X. XxXxxx Plan.
Interior Condition. Except as provided for in this Conservation Plan, changes to the interior of the Xxxxx Xxxx (Xxxxx) Bose Farmhouse that affect the exterior appearance are not permitted without prior issuance of a Heritage Alteration Permit. Most of the interiors are original, including doors and hardware, and have strong heritage character. The interior window casings shall be retained and reused in the rehabilitation. Where possible, existing fir flooring and baseboard will be retained. Refer to section 3.4.3.4 Interior Condition in the X. XxXxxx Plan.
Interior Condition. Lessees accept interior of subject office suite in as is condition. Lessees may install at own expense, carpet, drapes and or blinds, and paint walls and ceilings, with Lessor's prior approval of color.
