Tenant acknowledges that the timing of snow removal is dependent on overall public safety and operational concerns at the Airport. Tenant shall remove snow and ice from passenger access ramps to the Premises and the steps and decks to the Premises. Tenant shall not remove snow from aircraft ramps.
