Snow Removal and Storage. The Developer or Owner shall be responsible for all snow removal from the private streets, sidewalks and infrastructure of the Development and storage thereof. The Developer or Owner shall designate an area dedicated to storage of removed snow and shall submit a plan to the City demonstrating the methods of snow removal and the location of the designated snow storage area.
Snow Removal and Storage. The parties agree that snow regularly removed and properly stored from the Parking Lots Areas and the Connecting Driveway and Walkways shall be deposited on each Party’s respective property.
