Snowbound and Breakdown of Company Vehicles. When an employee is unable to perform their regular run because of snow, breakdown, or other inclement weather, the driver will be compensated for their regular route wage and for any time in excess of the normal run time at the special work rate. In the case of a school closure due to inclement weather, the driver will only receive payment in proportion to payment, if any, received by the Company from the customer.
