SOFT SERVICES. 2.1 Employment of a building manager, housekeeper, xxxxxx, caretaker, cleaning staff, gardener or other staff for the maintenance and upkeep of, and the provision of services in, the Building, including (without limitation) National Insurance and pension contributions of such employees and recruitment and redundancy costs as appropriate. 2.2 The provision of uniforms, overalls and protective clothing for such employees or other staff required in connection with their duties. 2.3 The provision of security arrangements for entry to the Building, the safety of occupiers and users of the Building and their property kept in the Building. 2.4 The provision and maintenance of any furniture, furnishings, decorations and features in the Common Parts. 2.5 The provision, maintenance, operation and replacement of any signs, loudspeakers, public address or music broadcast systems, closed circuit television entry phone, internal telephones and audio and visual display technology monitors in the Common Parts.
