Software and Configuration Support. PSI is responsible for coordinating software updates and configuration changes on the customer premise router and CSU/DSU equipment of IXC customers as required to provide Internet service. Notice of software changes is to be made to the customer technical contacts, and every effort must be made to perform maintenance during off-hours.
