Common use of Software Catalogue Clause in Contracts

Software Catalogue. 43.5.1. Within 6 (six) months of the Effective Date, the Service Provider shall and with the assistance of Transnet, provide Transnet with a detailed catalogue of Software that will be used by the Service Provider to provide the Services that shall be updated and provided by the Service Provider on a 6 (six) month basis and upon termination of this Agreement.
