RingCentral may from time to time push software updates and patches directly to Customer’s device(s) for installation and Customer consents, and will cause its End Users to consent, to allow RingCentral to push software updates and patches and will not prevent, and will cause its End Users not to prevent, RingCentral from doing so. Customer must implement promptly all fixes, updates, upgrades and replacements of software and third-party software that may be provided by RingCentral. RingCentral will not be liable for inoperability of the Services or any other Services failures due to failure of Customer to timely implement the required changes.
