RingCentral Warranty. RingCentral will provide the Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care, in material compliance with all applicable Laws and otherwise subject to the terms of this Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, RingCentral shall pass through to Customer any and all warranties RingCentral receives in connection with equipment provided to Customer by or on behalf of RingCentral.
RingCentral Warranty. RingCentral will provide the Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care, in material compliance with all applicable Laws and otherwise subject to the terms of this Agreement. However, RingCentral cannot warrant that the Services will be free of errors or will operate without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, RingCentral shall pass through to Customer any and all warranties RingCentral receives in connection with equipment provided to Customer by or on behalf of RingCentral. If the Parties have agreed on specific service levels for the Services and on specific remedies for non-compliance with these service levels, the remedies set out in the committed service levels shall be Customer’s sole remedy for any failure to meet committed service levels; Sections 10.B and 10.D as well as the right to terminate the Agreement for cause remain unaffected.
