Software Delivery; Acceptance. Nuix shall deliver the Software to Licensee by making the Software available to Licensee via an electronic download from a web portal specified by Nuix; and the web portal for such download will be made available to Licensee upon execution of this Agreement or the applicable Order Form. Software is deemed accepted by the Licensee at the time of download, and Licensee has no right to reject the Software.
