Common use of Software/Equipment to be provided by Customer Clause in Contracts

Software/Equipment to be provided by Customer. The Software might be intended to be used in conjunction with third-party software or systems (for example, office software and document management systems). Litera’s obligation is limited to supplying the Software specifically stated on the applicable Order Form. It is Customer's responsibility to procure any other software for Users, and any equipment or ancillary services needed to connect to, access or use the Software (including, without limitation, internet connections, web browsers, hardware, servers and the like).
