Common use of Software Products Clause in Contracts

Software Products. The Licensor warrants that Software Products are prepared in accordance with the state of art at the date of their conception and shall perform substantially in accordance with their functional and technical specifications current at the time of their delivery. Should Software Products be found not to conform to their documentation, the Licensee shall notify the Licensor promptly, but no later than four (4) months after delivery of Software Products, in such case, the exclusive liability of the Licensor shall be to take reasonable, and proper steps to correct and/or replace Software Products at its own expense.
