Common use of Software Update Server Clause in Contracts

Software Update Server. You may use the Software Update Server feature of the Apple Software to host software updates to OS X and other Apple and third party software on your Apple Server for access by Apple-branded client computers, provided that each such Apple-branded client computer is licensed to receive such software updates and that all such use of this Software Update feature is solely for internal use within your company or organization or for your own non-commercial, personal use, and is not otherwise prohibited by the license agreements accompanying the software you would like to make available in this manner.
