Common use of Sole Arbitrators Clause in Contracts

Sole Arbitrators. The party receiving the notice shall, within five (5) working days, advise the other party of its acceptance of one of the three (3) Arbitrators or alternatively, supply a list of three (3) other Arbitrators.
