Common use of Sole Benefits Clause in Contracts

Sole Benefits. Employee acknowledges that the compensation and benefits established pursuant to this Section shall be the sole consideration provided by Employer for the services provided under the terms of this Agreement. Employee shall not solicit or accept payment from any patient, government entitlement program or third party payor for services rendered pursuant to this Agreement.
