All parties agree that this Contract to Purchase constitutes the entire agreement and that no oral or implied agreement exists and that any amendments shall be made in writing, signed by all parties and attached to this original Contract To Purchase. This Contract To Purchase shall be binding upon the undersigned parties, their heirs, administrators, executors, successors and assigns.
