Common use of Sole Distributorship Clause in Contracts

Sole Distributorship. 15.1. The Supplier shall not, during the life of this Agreement, grant any other person or undertaking (including a subsidiary of the Supplier) within the Territory the right, to represent or market the Branded Products. The Supplier shall furthermore refrain from selling or shipping Branded Products to customers established in the Territory, except pursuant to the conditions set out under Article 15 hereafter.
