Territory and Products. 1.1 The Principal appoints the Agent, who accepts, as his commercial agent to promote the sale of the products listed in Annex I, paragraph 1 (hereinafter called "the Products") in the territory defined in Annex I, paragraph 2 (hereinafter called "the Territory").
Territory and Products. The Supplier grants to the Distributor, who accepts, the exclusive right to market the and sell the products listed in Annex I (hereinafter called the ìProducts”) in Territory defined as the geographical area Egypt, Lybia & Sudan (hereinafter called the ìTerritory”).

1.2. If the Supplier decides to market any other products in the Territory, it shall so inform the Distributor in order to discuss the possibility of including such other products within the Products defined under Article 1.1. However, the above obligation to inform the Distributor does not apply if, in consideration of the characteristics of the new products and the specialization of the Distributor, it is not to be expected that such products may be marketed by the Distributor (e.g. products of a completely different range).

1.2 If the Principal decides to sell any additional products in the Territory, he shall inform the Agent in order to discuss the possibility of including them within the Products defined under Article 1.
1. Exception to this obligation is made for products which:
a. Will not be sold in the textile field;
b. Do not match with the product lines already marketed by the agent.
Territory and Products. 1.1 The Supplier grants and the Distributor accepts the exclusive right to market and sell Table Tennis equipment, clothing and footwear, under the brand name STIGA (hereinafter called "the Products") in USA (hereinafter called "the Territory"). The parties agreement concerning table tennis tables are agreed in a separate document.
1.2 If the Supplier decides to market any other products under the brand name STIGA in the Territory, it shall so inform the Distributor in order to discuss the possibility of including such other products within the Products defined above. However, the above obligation to inform the Distributor does not apply if, in consideration of the characteristics of the new products and the specialization of the Distributor, it is not to be expected that such products may be marketed by the Distributor.

The Branded Products and the Unbranded Products shall be collectively referred to herein as the "Products."

1.3 Distributor is the exclusive Distributor in France and its territories. If Distributor does not sell at least three ITEMISER(R)'s within the first three months after the signing of this agreement, Distributor agrees to purchase three ITEMISER(R)s for its own account. For other countries, Supplier and Distributor will agree to review this agreement for possible amendment of exclusivity in that country after three units are sold in that country.
Territory and Products. 1.1. The Supplier grants and the Distributor accepts the exclusive right to market and sell the products listed in Annex I, 1 (hereinafter called "the Products") in the territory defined in Annex I, 2 (hereinafter called "the Territory").
1.2. If the Supplier decides to market any other products in the Territory, it shall so inform the Distributor in order to discuss the possibility of including such other products within the Products defined in Article 1.1., and shall at the very minimum pay the Distributor a commission not less than 3.75 % of the gross sale price as outline in Section 16 and Annex II.
Territory and Products. 3.01 The term "Territory" shall mean the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S. possessions. Additional international territories may be added by mutual consent of the parties, such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. International territories are listed in Exhibit A and may be added from time to time by amendment of this Agreement.
Territory and Products. DISTRIBUTOR shall be the exclusive seller of all products (referred to as “PRODUCTS” hereafter) produced by the Producer in ……… (referred to as “TERRITORY” hereafter).
