Common use of Sole Employment Agreement Clause in Contracts

Sole Employment Agreement. Upon the Effective Date, the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as set forth herein, shall constitute the sole Employment Agreement between the Board of Regents and the Employee. The prior employment agreement entered by the parties and effective on or about July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2021, shall hereinafter be superseded and replaced by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Any new or contrary terms and conditions contained in this Agreement shall control for all purposes.
