Spokesperson. The Negotiation Committees will formally communicate with each other through a spokesperson named by each party.
Spokesperson. Serving as the principal spokesman of the Institution and, in concert with the Chancellor, and representing the Institution before the Board of Regents, the Legislature, and all other appropriate bodies;
Spokesperson. It is understood and agreed that the DTU President is the official spokesperson for the DTU in any matter between the DTU and the Employer. The President may designate, in writing, an alternate or alternates.

Spokesperson. At the first negotiations meeting, each negotiating team shall identify its spokesperson; and that person shall have authority, with the approval of the team, to recommend, to revise, and to agree to a tentative proposal.
Spokesperson. If a trade union representative is absent due to sickness, vacation, course attendance or suchlike, a spokesperson shall be appointed as a substitute. The appointment shall not be valid until the employer is informed in writing. A designated spokesman has the same protection as the elected union representative in the period in which he/she works, provided that the spokesperson meets the conditions for being elected as a union representative in accordance with the rules set out above.

In companies where a trade union representative has not been elected, employees may give power of attorney to a colleague (spokesperson) in specific matters to enter into, and terminate local agreements with management. The spokesperson must be a member of 3F and have been given power of attorney by more than half of the electoral basis. Where a spokesperson has not been elected, cf. above, local agreements may be entered into or terminated in accordance with the practice so far between the enterprise and the employees.
Spokesperson. KDCP shall serve as spokesperson for ProMedCo-Temple and ProMedCo in Clinic, ProMedCo-Temple and ProMedCo development activities. The parties agree that such Physician Shareholders as the Policy Council shall appoint, shall serve in this capacity on behalf of KDCP.
Spokesperson. Consultant agrees that as a spokesperson for the Company and the Programs, Consultant will continue to endorse the Company and the Programs during the Term. Consultant understands that commercial materials that Consultant may prepare or that are prepared by the Company for Consultant’s execution or production may attribute statements to Consultant to the effect that Consultant endorses the Company and the Programs. Consultant warrants and represents that such statements will represent Consultant’s actual belief and experience, provided that Consultant will have prior reasonable approval over such statements, it being agreed that Consultant’s failure to disapprove same within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt thereof will be deemed an approval.
